Here is scene outside our shop without a circular polarizing filter.
The camera used was a Pentax *ist DL Digital SLR with a
Pentax 18-55mm zoom lens. The front of this lens does not rotate
when focusing which is helpful when using a polarizing filter.

Here is almost the same scene with a Kenko circular polarizing filter.
Notice that some colors are richer and the texture of the clouds show
more contrast. The effect of such a filter depends greatly on the
